Aadhaar Card Correction offline Without using Mobile Number

Update Adhaar Detail by visiting the nearest enrollment centre

1. Firstly you need to locate to your nearest enrollment centre to update your details. You can find your enrollment centre by clicking here.
2. Fill your State, District and Sub district. It will then display a list of centres near to your postal address.
3. Visit the enrollment centre and fill out the form for aadhaar update. You can then update your updated mobile number for future use. A nominal charge of INR 100 might be required for the process. In such case, you must receive a laminated aadhaar card. The changes will done and you will receive the updated aadhaar card on your postal address within 7-10 days. 2. By requesting by post

Alternatively, you can also request an updated aadhaar card by post. For doing so you can click here. It is an aadhaar update form. Fill all the details in capital letters. Select the field for which you want to update your aadhaar. Towards the end of the document, you will find the complete address where you need to post your form. Also, there are full details given for the additional documents you need to send along with the update form. Make sure to post along with all the documents or else your aadhaar card update request will be rejected.

You need to have at least one mobile number linked to your account.In case you are not using the phone or have lost that number, you must change the mobile number by offline means as mentioned above. Below it is explained how you can update your mobile number as well as other details.

Step 1: Go to the official site of UIDAI by clicking here

Step 2: Under ‘Aadhaar update’ click on ‘Aadhaar update details (online)’

Step 3: A new window will pop up which is the self-service update portal. You must click towards the end of the page ‘update/correct request’

Step 4: Again a new window will pop requesting your aadhaar card number. After filling all fields and click on ‘send OTP‘

Step 5: Verify your mobile. After that, there will be a form with your details. Update the required details and click on ‘next’.

Step 6: Then you need to upload some scanned documents as requested in order to complete the process.
