The charges for closing account in Canara Bank is as follows:

EXCEPTIONS:

• No charges is applicable if the account is closed within 14 days of activation of account.
• No charges will be levied if in case of transfer of account.
• If one account is closed and another joint account is opened with one person as the account holder of the closed account, then no charges will be levied.  
• No charges will be levied in case of death of an account holder.
